Employment Skill Instruction and Development

We work with our participants before, during and after employment to help them strengthen their communication, scheduling, organizational skills, or any other area that may be deficient. G.O.A.L.S. can provide self-advocacy training for soft skills as well as personal skills that impact work. At G.O.A.L.S., we provide onsite job coaching and employment retention follow along services.
