Location
G.O.A.L.S. prides ourselves on the progress we see in participants as we teach and provide services in the community; therefore, we meet and work in the community. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar office as most companies do in order to allow more efficiency while providing services. We meet the participants in the community (i.e., libraries, coffee shops, etc.) We meet our funders in their offices or in the community as well. Our Employment Services Team covers Wood, Portage, Marathon, and parts of Lincoln and Langlade counties. Our Community Living Team provides services in Wood, Portage, Marathon, Waupaca, Sauk, and Juneau counties.
Mission
To empower and walk alongside participants by enhancing their abilities to develop success to live their best quality of life.
Vision
We utilize a team approach to assist participants to reach the goals that are important to them, by using inclusion in all aspects of their life: personal, professional, community, emotional, financial, intellectual, social, and environmental. We want participants to see that other abilities are not a setback, but a setup for a new path to success. We assist the participant by bringing resources, ideas and support to them and all of those who are identified as an integral part their life.

Living
Our Community Living Coordinators
work with participants and families to
find housing solutions which meet their needs and to facilitate assessments which identify skills the participants may need in order to gain a more living more independently. Partnering with our participants' team (Social Workers, Home Health Care, Guardian, etc.) we want to ensure the participants have the tools, skills and resources they may need to live independently.
Skill
Development
Both our Independent Living Assessment Team and Employment Teams seek to identify areas of strengths and those skills which may need improvement for the participants. We evaluate the participants needed skills and provide instruction in both individuals homes or employment settings.
Employment Assistance
Our Employment Coordinators focus on helping the participants to explore, identify and find the jobs participants are interested in. They then assist the participants in job learning and retaining the job. We work with the participants and their identified supports to assist them with being successful.
